Hall and Minibus bookings.

Ebury Hall

Our HQ is available for hire during the day, weekends and some evenings during school holiday periods. You can view our online calender (below) to see if the hall is free when you need it. We have a comprehensively equipped kitchen for catering to parties, which we regularly use to provide catering for up to 100 partygoers, and which may be included with your hall booking for a small additional cost. Mini Bus Hire

Our minibus (Horace-6) is a 12 seater (11 + driver) modern bus, fully fitted to the latest legal requirements. The bus is available to hire to other Scout Groups in the District and may also be driven by anyone with a Herts Mini-Bus Permit, or equivalent permit (Local Education Authority etc.) upon request. Bus hire dates are also shown on the calendar (below), so you can see if the bus is available when you need it. Hire charges are £0.25p per mile (which includes fuel costs) and we may require a minor damage/cleaning deposit of £50.
